Buy. Fix. Sell. Repeat.

Many older buildings in Greek cities have a sound structure and worn-out systems. We take on one building at a time and bring it back as homes people want to live in.

  1. Buy

    We look for older buildings in established neighbourhoods: a sound structure, tired systems and a clear path to homes.

  2. Fix

    A full renovation: electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, doors and windows, by licensed engineers and with the permits the works need.

  3. Sell

    The finished homes are sold one by one, with clear paperwork.

  4. Repeat

    The capital moves on to the next building.

Current project · Patras

MVR 19

An existing building on Mavromataion Street, in the south of Patras, being converted into seven apartments of 40 to 91 m², with one to three bedrooms. The whole third floor is a penthouse, with the roof garden above it in the concept design.

Conversion in preparation: the change-of-use permitting act is still to be issued. Target delivery Q4 2027, an estimate, not a promise.
